Quite a poor experience and highly unprofessional. I was planning for my mother’s 60th birthday on 6th august and called up Ruchi at least 15 days in advance so that everything could be perfect and fall in place. She shared her menu and suggested a few items off the menu for which as a customer I wanted to know the price. I got no response from her . I was hoping she would discuss cake designs with me but given she was busy, I will send her audio message. Got no response except that I need to understand how busy she was and she discussed only one day prior to delivery. I don’t understand why is someone wrong in pre-planning a special event. On 5th aug, one day before delivery, I called her up at 1 pm to confirm what is finally going to be delivered - she threw so much of tantrum and says “I know I have to call you, it is in my diary between 2-3 pm”. Hello ma’am, wake up call for you…you are not the only one working and appointments are taken with mutual time consent. She did not even talk to me then, calls up at 2:45 and says order confirm hai na aapka, kya discuss karna hai aapko ..finally she sends a cake which had a different design from what I selected. Highly unprofessional and not worth what she is charging for. I have been ordering from bakers across Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata, even Muzaffarpur for the past 5 years but never faced such an issue. If you are too busy to respect your customers and can’t handle it well, pls refuse orders. Thankfully, Muzaffarpur has other bakers

P.S Cake’s picture was shared only at 4:25 pm which was already the delivery time so couldn’t have done much about it. My mother was already waiting for the cake. As far the behaviour is concerned, it was already an issue but unfortunately one day before the event, I couldn’t change my plan so had to go ahead with it. Really surprised to see few negative reviews. When read them all, found all related to single consumer and looks like the same has been posted or made posted deliberately in planned manner to tarnish the image of the sprinkles. I personally feel that the taste of food depends alot on the soul of the cook. And I feel the owner of sprinkle put her soul in every preparation. Whenever there is some occassion, we don't need to serve cakes to anyone in the party as the people present themselves care to pick the portion as soon as the formal celebration is completed for cake cutting. Sprinkles is a part of our happiness and celebration and therefore, without sprinkle, our celebrations are incomplete. In a small town we live with very limited option for cakes and bakery products, sprinkles has emerged as a game changer. With differentiated flavours, high quality and safe ingredients, mesmerizing taste and magic, sprinkles has created a niche in the market.
