Subject: Feedback on My Recent Experience at Bikaner Elite

Dear Team Bikaner Elite,

I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience at your outlet. On my family’s demand, I visited Bikaner Elite to order Puri Sabzi for breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely unpleasant.

Due to the heavy crowd, the food was prepared in a hurry. As a result: • The Puris were not cooked well and turned out very hard. In fact, while the puris were being fried, I noticed they were not puffing up properly and I even raised my objection. Despite that, the puris were served as it is, and when we ate them, they felt more like papad than puri. • The Jalebis were also extremely hard and lacked the freshness expected.

I was charged ₹545 for this meal, which felt like a waste, given the poor quality of food and service. It’s not about the money—I don’t expect a refund—but the quality served has completely ruined my morning breakfast with family.

Such service is absolutely unacceptable for a reputed name like Bikaner Elite. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that customers do not face such issues in the...

Best in the patna. I have been shifted at Boring Road but I miss sweet quality of Bikaner Elite.

This restautant at this particular area is a game changer for vegetarians. Lots of veg options which one can try. The taste of food items is always up to the mark. Though I did not find items available at the live counter tasty such as mushroom rolls and burgers.

However Jalebi are mind blowing I was regular customer of that particular item. The sweets and the main courses are always and go to things for even delivery partners. In corona time, I consumed sweets more than ever, they cooperated a lot in corona and touch free packing. This is the best, sometime I tried the same to get from Haldiram, they didn't care for Glover and touch free packing even if customer insisited. Therefore I left Haldiram forever. It is distant from my house however I always prefer Bikaner as per their quality and staffs behaviour. Billing is slightly slow as per the no of customer. Worst chaat anyone could ever have. I ordered all the varieties of chaats offered by Bikaner. None of it had the ingredients and toppings that go in a basic chaat. Mix chat had kachori added in it that had a foul smell as if cooked a day before. Raj kachori had no toppings and had too much potatoes and that even hard and stale. Could not believe this level of food quality from Bikaner. Today, because of Bikaner we couldn't happily celebrate a good news in our family. I entrust their brand and despite their high charges, come back only because of the brand name. This incident shows their disrespect towards their customers and leaves the customers with no other option than calling them out in public and alerting other people of the rare possibility of being cheated. I just hope they don't do this to anyone ever again, because spending so much money only to get stale food on plate is clearly...
