Holocaust Experience at Barbeque Nation Bailey Road, Patna. Service Manager Imran 17.05.2023 We reached there around 8.15 pm on 17.05.2023. From 8.15 pm till 9.30 pm, the very first three right hand side tables at the entrance were vacant. Probably around 9.30 pm a couple was given the first table. They had also waited for few 10 minutes in the waiting area and there after given that table by Imran, where four persons can accommodate. Another incidence was that 3 girls and 1 boy came prior 15 minutes their appointment , they were not given entry. Afterwards when they came, they were given the table that was also vacant since 8.15 pm only. I don't know, if it is your Corporate Policy of Crowd Management or Not a proper training of your service Manager Imran. I had requested Imran for minimum 6-8 times since 8.15 pm , saying that it was a Special Day, my Marriage Anniversary and I know that I had come there without prior booking as it was unplanned. Afterwards, around 9 pm, I told him that my 5 years old daughter is hungry, please arrange. This also, I had told him many times. He showed his helpness, despite vacant tables. Only by 10.30 pm, he allowed us and arranged for our sitting. I know that it was my foolish act only, that I kept waiting there...

Hi, it was an overall good experience. They"ll ask you about the b'day or any occasion you are having or not and will start serving as per your Veg/Non-Veg starter menu. Rahul really helped in serving those starters and recommending other items as per our taste. Sea food item/Chicken stuffs Starter was not that great but on okayish side. Chicken Seekh kabab was good. Else everything was pretty normal as they should be. You can customise the items as per your preferred spiceness. They took care of this thing especially.

Following items were there in Main course : Veg- STEAMED RICE DAL MAKHANI PANEER LABAEDAR METHI MALAI MATTAR CHILLI GARLIC NOODLES VEG DUMPLINGS WITH MANCHURIAN SAUCE Veg Dum Biryani

Salad- Cucumber, Laccha Onion, Mix Fruit Salad, Pasta salad, Corn Salad, Fried Green chilli, Vegetable raita, Carrot, Russian Salad will be there

Non Veg- LEMON CORRIANDER CHICKEN FRIED RICE FISH IN GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE Anda Masala FISH KALIA Chicken Kothmari Steamed Rice Chicken Dum Biryani.

And Ice-Cream in scoop( Vanilla & Strawberry were there) and in Kulfi (Pan flavour, Chocolate Flavour etc. Were there). In sweets, you"ll find ANGOORI GULAB JAMUN, MOONG DAL HALWA & LAUKI KA KHEER.

Pathetic Experience at Barbeque Nation – Bailey Road, Patna (Visited on 2nd May)

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I had booked a table through Zomato for dinner with friends, but the moment we reached, the nightmare began. We were made to stand outside the restaurant for more than 20 minutes — not a single staff member was present at the counter to attend or guide us. Total chaos.

Many people were standing clueless outside, and the staff inside clearly didn’t care. I finally walked in to ask someone who looked like a manager about our reservation. His response was shockingly rude and careless — he simply said there were no seats and bluntly refused to acknowledge the Zomato booking, claiming they aren't responsible for third-party reservations.

No apology, no courtesy, and absolutely zero professionalism. The staff’s communication was pathetic and the attitude was as if they were doing us a favor by even talking. If this is what they call hospitality, it’s shameful.

I strongly warn all Patnaites — if you don’t want to ruin your evening and mood, stay away from this place. Barbeque Nation Bailey Road is a...
