I recently had an extremely disappointing experience this Coffee Store and I feel compelled to share my honest review to warn others. I had high expectations when I walked in, hoping for a warm, inviting atmosphere and a good cup of coffee. Unfortunately, what I received was anything but that.

The first and foremost issue was the coffee itself. The moment I took my first sip, I knew something was wrong. The coffee had a strange, unpleasant smell that was almost unbearable. It was as if the coffee beans were either stale or of very low quality. Instead of the rich, aromatic scent that good coffee should have, this one had a foul almost burnt odor. I tried to give it another chance, thinking maybe it was just my imagination but the taste confirmed my worst fears. The coffee was bitter, poorly brewed, and completely undrinkable. It was clear that no effort was put into ensuring the quality of their beverages.

As I looked around the café, I noticed that hygiene was not a priority for them. The tables were dirty, coffee tray also. Seeing this level of carelessness made me even more concerned about the quality of the ingredients they were using. If they couldn’t keep their café clean, how could I trust that their coffee making process was sanitary?

And the worst part of my experience was the behavior of the staff. When I politely informed them about the coffee’s bad smell and taste, I expected a simple apology or at least an offer to replace it with a fresh cup. Instead the staff became defensive and started arguing with me. They insisted that the coffee was perfectly fine and that I was just being too picky. Their tone was rude and they made me feel as if I was causing trouble for no reason.

Good customer service is about listening to the customer’s concerns and addressing them professionally, but this store's staffs clearly does not believe in that concept. Instead of acknowledging their mistake they chose to argue and dismiss my complaint. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially in the service industry where customer satisfaction should be a top priority.

Overall my experience at Chai Sutta Bar Store was terrible from start to finish. The coffee was undrinkable the environment was unhygienic and the staff was extremely rude. The complete lack of professionalism and customer service made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are many other coffee shops where you can get much better service and quality without having to deal with disrespectful staff.

If the owners of this café truly care about their business, they need to take serious action. They need to improve the quality of their coffee, maintain proper hygiene, and most importantly, train their staff to treat customers with respect.
