Hungrella Restaurant — Restaurant in Bihar

Last week, I visited here, to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

One of the staff members serving us was highly unprofessional in both behaviour and attitude. To make matters worse, the food was tasteless and did not meet even basic expectations in terms of quality.

When I raised my concerns with the manager, his response was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue, he simply said, “If you don’t like it, pay and leave.” This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone, especially if you are planning to go with friends or family. There are far better options in town where you will be treated with respect and served...

The restuarant is alao very good lookimg. The furniture is well maintained,so comfortable and looks so nice. The banquet hall is very big and spacious, at a time approx 200 people can eat there. Worth the price which they charge for their service. I have booked the banquet hall for the anniversary function and enjoyed a lot.
