Chatkara Food Court — Restaurant in Bihar

There is no other restaurant in Patna that gives you such an excellent taste. Wow ..just amazing food...Every item in Chatkara Food court is excellent. This is a genuine restaurant where you could get all items with its original taste. Whether it is South Indian or north Indian.. Almost all items have genuine taste. It's definitely worth giving it a try to have food here.. especially the idli set they provide has 4 types of chatnis and sambhar ..and chatnis provided with dosa too .the greatest part is that they provide free mini idlis with dosa.. As other reviews say this food is not average ..it's excellent..Me being a South Indian ,I would say the South Indian foods offered here are the best.....Sabse best hai....The cakes offered here are brilliant..Once I tried a pineapple pastry and a butterscotch ...just wow..need to try other pastries too ....The other big brand sweets and bakers in Patna, you know which brands I'm talking about..haha..they are only best by their names...the idli and dosas they offer is "Pathetic" ..Learn from these small underrated restaurants you big brand restaurants...The taste of those other restaurant's cakes are not even close to Chatkara Food Court Cakes..I didn't try sweets in CFC...but will try next time..Just one negative part of Chatkara Food Court is that the milk shakes and lassi they offer is not upto the mark and is below average.. .Just give it a try and thank me later...About the price, it's budget friendly, feasible and moderate not costly at all...and about the staff, some staffs are really good , pleasing and attentive to the customers. Not all staffs like this.there is one bhai..I forgot his name..He is well mannered and quick worker ,greets all the customers with a smile..Look people I'm not an agent of this restaurant,I'm just a normal customer who enjoyed the taste of food here..This restaurant is a heaven for all food lovers and especially South Indians..I guarantee you to just give it a try and you...

Four Important things everyone expect in any restaurant - Quality , Quantity ,Hygeine & Staff behaviour Staff behaviour comes 1st when you visit any restaurant. Visited this restaurant on the occasion of Durga Puja as I heard the food here is tasty but as the crowd was more , waited patiently more than half an hour with my family to get coupon but failed to get because the person who was responsible for that was very slow and and treating customer as he favour to give you a coupon as it is free or a charity they are doing , they were charging more than other good restaurants like Basant Vihar etc. So We had to leave the place as he was very slow .When I was leaving the place I told this to the Person who seems to be Manager of Chatkara . I told him that I will not come or have to think before coming there again He simply told me "Don't come ". So you can imagine how courteous they are , inspite of poor service , charging more these people don't have basic courtesy and rude behaviour of staffs of this restaurant who think if they are in demand they can behave rudely with customer. Think before coming to this so called restaurant where poor hygiene , high price and rude staffs are there.No Chatkara it's " BEKARA" . Better You can go to nearby restaurant like Biryani Mahal where food is fine , service is fine and staffs are courteous far better this "BEKARA " restaurant . Biryani Mahal...

IF YOU LOVE YOUR DIGNITY, DON'T COME HERE ALONE TO DINE....

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. If you're planning to come here alone, I would strongly advise against it. The staff's attitude towards solo customers is shockingly poor.

From the moment I entered, I felt completely ignored. The waiter took a long time just to take my order, and even after that, he kept roaming around and attending to other tables. It was only after a significant delay that he finally went inside to get my food prepared.

What made things worse was the lack of basic courtesy. When I tried to ask for an additional dish, they bluntly said it wasn’t available. Before I could even decide on an alternative, the waiter walked away without waiting for my response, as if I didn’t matter at all.

Overall, the service was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. It felt like being treated without any value or dignity. Definitely not a place I would visit again,...
