Domino's Pizza | Bahadurpur, Patna — Restaurant in Bihar

Received cold pizza with 1 hour delay. Delivery boy said that cashback will be credited to my dominos account. When I raised complaint for cashback, store manager Krishna Singh called me and said that cashback is not being credited, you can visit the store anytime and can order the product of cashback value free of cost. I was out of town so I insisted for cashback but he didnot credit cashback. when I cameback to patna I talked to store manager he rudely denied to give free pizza and said that your order was from last month so offer is not valid now. So According to them outside food is not allowed and I was carrying a bottle of Pepsi And when asked for paper cup they rudely told that no outside food allowed so they will not provide paper cup After an argument I left the counter and listened them talking rubbish about myself First of all working in fast food chain and behaving like you are the owner is a very bad attitude Second you should not bite the hand that feed you ,the whole food chain is based on it's costumer and talking rubbish about your costumer and making inappropriate comments about them should not considered good practice.
