Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bihar

Today I have visited this place at 07:00PM but they refused to take my order with useless excuse that we have already many orders and unable to take more orders. I was shocked to hear such excuse. I have argued with staff but they behave rudely. After this incidence I have visited another dominos branch situated at club road mithanpura and they have recieved my order promptly and prepared my order within less than half and hour. I had ordered late night through swiggy as I was traveling and reached home late and made prepayment and restra accepted my order as well. Then i received a call from there that items which I ordered are not available. So my point is that if items were not available then why did you accepted it and the way of talking over call was not acceptable as well. It was very unprofessional behaviour and the caller was sleepy or drunk can't explain as he was not able to explain me everything properly so lastly I had to cancel my order and my refund is...

It's Domino's so the pizza was great as always. I will just suggest the Domino's management to give some authority to Domino's staff who are available at the stores coz many things I have asked for the resolution and they said they don't have to authority to help me with that.

My last issue was my payment was debited from my gift card but the order was not placed. I tried connecting with everyone at the store but no one helped. So please...
