Karim's - Original from Jama Masjid Delhi - 6 — Restaurant in Bihar

Well I was bit hesitant first to visit the place as I didn't believe it to be the extension of the original Karim's. Have had mixed experience with the food on offer here in patna in the name of mughlai, everyone seems to serve it and don't know how it should taste at the same time. It is newly opened and have a seating capacity of 20-25 people which I'm sure they will have to extend in the future given the taste and expected footfall. We started off with Mutton seekh kebabs and chicken reshmi kebabs, and boy was i surprised, it's the same melt in the mouth taste which we have always associated Karim's with, simply the best in town in my opinion. I ordered mutton jahangiri which has always been my favourite from the house of Karim's along with khamiri roti, mutton was tender and tasted superb as always, the khamiri rotis need a little bit of improvement as the texture and taste was a little off. Next in line was chicken biriyani which i honestly didn't find to be outstanding, it was in line with what is on offer at different eateries like biriyani mahal and sorts, so my quest to find the best biriyani joint in patna continues, wherever i go here in patna the biriyani they offer is kolkata style or inspired from that which i find a bit plane. Moving on we finished it off with Firni, i don't have a sweet tooth, however, i finished it all up which speaks volume about the taste, it was great. Recently I visited them & tried some of their recommended dishes - •Starter : Chicken Burra, Chicken Afghani, Mutton seekh kebab, Mutton Shami roll, Chicken tikka roll & Rumali roti. •Main course : Mutton Nihari, Chicken Jahangiri, Butter chicken, Qeema Naan, Butter Naan, Khamiri roti, Raita, Salad. •Dessert : Firni ki bahar.

All of their dishes were well prepared, balanced spices, full of flavours & worth to make you drooll 🤤

Highly recommended dishes : Chicken Barra, Chicken Afghani, Mutton seekh kebab, Butter chicken, Butter Naan, Khamiri roti & Firni ❤️

Ambience : Small place but great service & hospitality .

So few days back I have visited this place to try some authentic Mughlai delicacies 🤤 and I must say they have served the best ❤️ Dishes which I have tried were 👇

Mutton Seekh Kebab - must try starter just loved the taste. Chicken Burra was yummy spicy too 🤤 Chicken Afghani is my favourite one, rich creamy texture just loved it.

Coming to main Course 👇 Chicken Jahangiri was spicy and delicious in taste 🤤 Butter naan (highly recommended) was so soft and a great option Butter chicken (highly recommended) I just loved the yummmy creamy gravy, a great combination with Butter naan Desserts ✨✨ Phirni ki Bahar was just a perfect dessert to end such a satisfying meal 🤤🤤 this one is highly recommended ⭐

NON VEGETARIAN PARADISE I must say 🤤🤤 Do visit this place once as they are serving the best 💯
