well...location sucks first of all. Close to airport, will take you around 450 by cab and 170 by pre paid auto. But once you are in the hotel, one has to spend close to 10 mins walking to get to the main road to get an auto to anywhere. The place is very poorly connected. ||||I checked in to a room in the 4th floor and the bathroom was strewn with a few insects. The shower was hardly working and it took me 30 mins to bathe as the water flow was slow. AC, TV all were in working condition. ||||I moved to the ground floor later that evening as the wifi wasnt working in the 4th floor. The ground floor room had so many insects in it, it wasnt even funny. Woke up in the morning to a 100s of insects all over the romo and the bathroom. It took the housekeeping guy 30 mins to clean the room. ||||Finally i wanted to check out early as i didn't want to put up with the insects again the next morning. The manager pacified me and gave me an upgrade to a suite. That room didnt have insect issues. ||||Everytime I asked for a cab to go to the airport or to somewhere else in the city, the hotel couldnt help. They didnt even have numbers of auto guys whom they could call. ||||Overall disappointing. For 1700 a night special rate thru Goibibo, this is hardly worth it. Will never...

The hotel has spent a lot of money on their decor, however the rooms are not functional. There is no wifi in rooms, one has to sit in the lobby or the reception to access wifi. The bathrooms are not designed properly, they are small, the basin is on one wall, and the mirror on the other, if you have to shave, you have to dance a few steps before you complete your shave. The breakfast is not a buffet, but you have to order food which is a preset menu each day, and this will be delivered to your room. Only one cup of tea or coffee is allowed er person, the next cup is chargeable. The kitchen is on the top floor, and cleanliness in the kitchen needs review. Mosquitoes is also a problem, and the repellent provided is not 100% sufficient. The rates are low to mid range, so do not expect quality. I came here for 2 days but only after the night shifted myself to somewhere else. reason

1.staff is very rude and arrogant

2 .this place is far away from main road situated inside in normal residential area. so if you don't have your own transport you will find difficulty to reach main road. 10 to 15 minutes walking .

3.in terms of cleanliness you can't find anything towels are in worst state .pillow is also given a good companion with towels.

4 and last and finally they don't have any realisation that as a guest you are giving them a money and business . they are thinking like that it's your purposes so you checked in and they are giving you a favour in terms of...
