Moti Mahal Delux — Restaurant in Bihar

Moti Mahal is a global chain of restaurants, well known for their Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani. So yesterday, I went to this outlet with my friend. This outlet is located in Fraser Road area near Sreeleathers, opposite Hotel Samrat International. Coming to the food we ordered Non-veg sizzler, Butter Chicken, Dal Makhani, Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani, Garlic Naan, Laccha Paratha, Roomali Roti, Virgin Mojito, Lime Soda and Gulab Jamun.

Their non-veg sizzler consisted of Chicken Tikka, Chicken Seekh Kabab, Chicken Malai, Mutton Burra, Fish Tikka and Mutton Seekh Kabab. Chicken pieces were juicy, tender and were perfectly cooked. I just loved their Fish Tikka, though I didn't liked the Mutton Burra. We suggested some improvement in Mutton Burra and the manager took that in a positive way. Thumbs up for that.

Butter Chicken is the USP dish here. The chicken was again perfectly cooked and the flavours were on a balanced side.

Although I'm not a big fan of Dal Makhani but frankly speaking this was the best dish which I had in recent time. It was so creamy. Dal Makhani is basically cooked for nearly 24 hours before it goes on your plate. 5/5 for this dish. I'm literally short of adjectives here.

Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani was good too, with flavours and spices on a balanced side. Raita which was served along with biryani was also good.

Virgin Mojito and Lime Soda were kind of perfect.

Gulab jamun, which is my favourite, was good.

Ambience wise a decent place. You can come along with your family & friends. They also have a small dining area especially for small parties. Service was good too. Overall a good place if you are looking for a restaurant with good food, ambience and...
