I'm sure this place looks very attractive and open, which is a pretty good thing considering a cafe or restaurant lounge as they call it, but at the end of the day it has been made in a cafe structure as well, and as usual i'd want to go to a cafe for quick snack or coffee and will have to wait like a restaurant for the food order to get on the table is something I'd not like, Anyway it was my first time to this branch and i went up there in the smoking area waited for someone to take my order for ten minutes but the staff were busy watching the match. i am totally cool with the fact over someone having fun at the work place but wouldn't recommend it at the cost of customer service, as the primary choice has to be customer comfort. As I came down after almost 15 minutes no one came to take the order or to give the menu, had to call someone which is totally fine as it's a busy cafe but no matter how busy they're I wouldn't wait for water as I see the waiters busy in their own conversations on the counter. I feel like they were nice enough to at least serve me food for which i am paying obviously, I'm personally okay with the basic quality of the food as long as the service is good, but even if you open a restaurant in a prime spot of the city and will have a service like this, I'd prefer eating on streets. for every order I had to call two different waiters even for something as basic as water. the food was extremely late and the worst burgers I ever ate, and I have eaten street burgers in bihar as well, fries were soggy even though they have used the frozen ones. considering other cafe's like CAFE' 13, I believe their service is really good and the staff is very professional or any other cafe even the older branch of hideout has really good service and better staff manners. even the ,manager here doesn't care how it is functioning, doesn't care about customer's feedback unlike cafe 13, or may be he's just busy talking behind the counter. hoping they improve. A completely unsatisfied customer, service not worth a thought of giving a tip. And looks like most of the reviews above are given by either the staff...

I visited here today on 2nd November 2024 and ordered many items so I am sharing my overall experience here in details. I ordered Strawberry smoothie 1Nos Mint mojito 3nos Masala fries 1 plate Garlic bread 1plate Cold coffee 1nos Now I am giving my food experience Strawberry smoothie was very sweet I asked for the replacement then they refilled it with milk and then also it was extremely sweet and same with mint mojito, I order 2 one with soda and another with water and got both in water as there were no fizz in any drink although it was very sweet but again I order 1 more and asked them to add very little sweet then that was ok in taste but again no soda was in that.... Rest food and cold coffee was fantastic.

Now about service Food service was very slow and taken very long time And also there were no tissue paper on table When complaint manager about it he scolded his waiter in front of me which was bad and then the waiter came to my table and told me "Ab khush hai na sir aap" like I become happy by seeing him scolded in front of me such a bad experience it was as I am from the same industry and working in restaurant from last 5 years on managerial level this is the worst experience I ever had I will never recommend anyone to visit this branch as this one is very pathetic I also visited patliputra hideout and my experience of that was very good but this placed ruined everything. So sorry for the standard buddy
