New Arsalan 2 — Restaurant in Bihar

Just naming a biriyani center as Arsalan doesn't guarantee quality .Had the worst biriyani and kabab in bhagalpur . 1.The biriyani served was cold.On enquiry, the kid at the counter unapologetic said" apne raita daal dia ishiliye thanda ho gya😄"I was like really😁

2.The reshmi chicken kabab was just plain chicken fried in refined oil with absolute no flavour.I dare you to try dat,if u had reshmi kabab anywhere else in the world!!

3.the chicken kosha is no where near to authentic chicken kosha available in the restaurants of bhagalpur.

You need to pay your visit just to experience the worst service in bhagalpur😒 For people who loves a decent biriyani may try "muradabadi biriyani "...

Mahaghatiya service...staffs are rude and unapologetic... Can't say about taste as i returned everything i ordered there because they won't think twice before serving you cold food...moreover i ordered an aloo biryani and i found pieces of chicken in it...they didn't told me that aloo and chicken both biryanis are made in the same pot...the place is not even hygienic and u can find used tissues thrown on seats and floor...they will put your food just near the basin and will let splashes of water from basin go into ur food...one of the staff is specially rude and don't care a bit about the service...zero star...

Incredibly horrible experience : The biryani served here is not fresh , once one of my friends got a stapler pin in the biryani and when we complained about it to the staffs , they were like “Chala gya hoga galti se Hojata hai kabhi kabhi “ , Is this even justifiable ?? They don’t even turn the fans on and just let the customers rot in sweat and heat !!! Never ever...
