THIS IS A HUGE SCAM.

They ask you to choose a suitable slot for booking but when you reach there, they say we had to take other bookings as they came in the last minute. I had to stand there on my birthday with my guests and several unknown guests because in the same room another 4 families were celebrating their birthday. Moreover, they promised me 5 tables for my 25 guests but later gave my booked tables to others. The manager did not even care to accommodate my guests and they had to stand throughout as there were no chairs.

The management sucks. The food at the buffet was served cold and had flies. The management took long enough to refill the food. The food items did not match with the menu.

I was not even offered any compensation and had to get embarassed infront of my guests.

Pathetic restaurant in PATNA. Thank you Shantilal for making my birthday the worst till date and spoiling BIHAR'S image infront...

Super worst class service and literally have to leave the place after sitting idle for about 20 minutes with no intervention for any kind of service from any staff.

Although I had booked my table in the evening with 100 rupees token amount asked for booking confirmation.

Place was with bad stinging odour of phenyl and a very messy and small space with limited options of food.

Upon asking of refund they denied and I also left without any discussion as they needed to buy room freshener for the bad stings.

After that we had to leave and booked our slot at Barbeque Company

Suggested everyone to not go if you want a good experience, if you enjoy worst service you can happily go.
