The Artisan House Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Bihar

I want to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at your café today, which has left me and my friends deeply disappointed.

We are regular customers and visit your café almost daily, usually with bills exceeding ₹1000 each time. Today, my friends and I visited around 1:15–1:20 PM. The café was nearly empty, and we were sitting and chatting for a while before placing our order. When the waiter came to take our order, I mentioned that we would order in a few minutes.Despite the café being empty, the manager, after overhearing me,came out and rudely reprimanded the waiter in front of us, saying, “Why haven’t you taken their order? They’ve been sitting here for too long.” His tone and behavior were insulting, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

As loyal customers who have supported your café for months, we felt humiliated. This is not the way to treat regular patrons. Such behavior will only drive away your customers.

Ohhh I'm really in love with this small, cozy rooftop cafe. The vibes of this place is amazing...the decor is simple yet beautiful. Mocktails and shakes are unbeatable it tastes perfect. Truffle shake is a must try, we also ordered Green Apple soda, Strawberry shake. However the food taste could've been much better We ordered Sandwich, Honey baby corn chilli, french fries etc. To sum up my visit I would say I spent a nice time with my squad here. Located at very Posh area. You can find little difficulty to find this place if you're not from the local location. It's above Gold Gym near Boring road.

Ambience is nice and love the vibes here. I visited this place service is good here, however some items are there in the menu but u can't order them because of availability factors. Great place for having discussion with friends along with snacks. I've ordered Sandwiches, muffins, mocktails etc

Reasonable prices per person will costs u around 400-500 bucks. Parking is not an issue here. However lift is little glitchy you can find sometimes trouble to operate them. It's on...
