Visited at around 8:40 PM I had a very disappointing experience at Grinde House today. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked politely if I could sit at a table in the AC section for just 2 minutes-there was no one seated there, even though they said it was reserved. Instead of responding kindly, the staff member talked very rudely, as if I was asking for a favor and not a customer. Feeling uncomfortable, my friend and I chose to sit downstairs and ordered some food. While we were still eating, a few other customers arrived, and suddenly the manager came to us and said we needed to shift our seats. He even pointed to the waiting area and told us to move there, which was absolutely unacceptable. Maine clearly bola ki We are already eating..Why should we shift?
