A Deplorable Experience at Patna Airport Lounge
My recent visit to the Zesto Patna Airport Lounge was an utter disappointment. This establishment not only failed to meet even the most basic expectations but also displayed a shocking lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Here are the major grievances that highlight the lounge's abysmal standards:
Limited to RuPay Cards: The lounge's insistence on accepting only RuPay credit/debit cards is absurd. It disregards widely accepted cards like Visa or Mastercard, inconveniencing a significant portion of potential customers. This regressive policy is a major inconvenience in today's world.
Discriminatory Card Policy: Even premium cards like Regalia or Infinia from reputable banks or cards from banks like Standard Chartered are deemed worthless unless they bear the RuPay logo. This discriminatory policy is not only ludicrous but also a slap in the face to customers who expect fair treatment and value for their loyalty.
Pathetic Breakfast Offerings: The breakfast provided at the Patna Airport Lounge is pitiful. A meager sandwich and a water bottle constitute the entire breakfast selection. This miserly spread is an insult to travelers who expect a more substantial and diverse meal to start their day.
My experience at the Patna Airport Lounge was nothing short of a nightmare. Its insistence on only accepting RuPay cards, coupled with the discriminatory policy against non-RuPay premium cards, is a disgrace to customer service. Furthermore, the pathetic breakfast offerings highlight the lounge's lack of commitment to providing a satisfactory experience.
I strongly advise travelers to avoid the Patna Airport Lounge. It fails to understand the most basic principles of hospitality, leaving guests feeling undervalued and disappointed. Save your lounge accesses for...

I recently visited the Zest Airport Lounge, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here are the key aspects that fell short:
Limited Card Acceptance:
Despite having a tie-up with DreamFolks, the lounge accepts only a few cards, limiting accessibility for travelers. Lack of Edible Options:
The lounge offers minimal edible choices, with stale veg sandwiches, unappetizing brownies, and tea being the primary offerings. It's disheartening to find such a limited and unappealing selection. Non-Functional Lounge WiFi:
The promised lounge WiFi failed to work during my visit, posing an inconvenience for travelers who rely on a stable connection. Cramped Space:
The lounge's limited space makes it uncomfortable for guests, creating a crowded and congested atmosphere. Inadequate Hydration Response:
While the lounge did provide a small water bottle upon request, the refusal to offer an extra bottle and instead opting to refill the same one falls short of providing adequate hospitality. Chargeable Menu Items:
The presence of chargeable items on the menu, undisclosed until ordered, is disappointing and adds an unexpected cost to the lounge experience.
In conclusion, Zest Airport Lounge's current offerings and services do not align with the expectations one would have from an airport lounge. The limited card acceptance, poor food choices, non-functional WiFi, cramped space, and questionable service practices make it clear that improvements are needed. I echo the sentiment that the lounge may not be the best representation of the DreamFolks partnership, and reconsideration of this tie-up may...
Read moreI express my utter disappointment with the abysmal state of the Patna Airport Lounge. Frankly, this so-called "lounge" is an embarrassment to the concept of comfort and service. Never in my life have I encountered such a pitiful excuse for an airport facility.
The food offerings were a laughable disgrace. A paltry selection of idli, sambhar, chutney, a vegetable sandwich, and a dry, tasteless muffin were apparently considered sufficient for paying customers. The beverages consisted of tea, mediocre coffee, and water—hardly the refreshments one would expect in an airport lounge, let alone a proper waiting area. The sheer audacity of calling this meager spread a service is beyond comprehension.
The atmosphere was equally atrocious. The lack of care in presentation and service was glaring. It's as though the management has decided to forego any pretense of maintaining even the most basic standards. The seats were uncomfortable, the cleanliness questionable, and there was a general aura of neglect that permeated the space.
This was, without question, the poorest lounge experience I have ever had. To label it as pathetic is an understatement. If this is the best Patna Airport can offer, then it is high time for a complete overhaul. It is simply unacceptable to offer such a substandard facility...
