The food has a homemade feel, with a taste that’s mild, less oily, and generally pleasant for those who prefer lighter, less spicy flavors. However, some areas could be improved. For instance, the paratha, while tasty, was served cold and had a rubbery texture, making it a bit difficult to chew. Overall, while the lounge provides decent quality food in a comfortable setting, a bit more attention to variety and serving temperatures could enhance the experience. Perfect for a quick bite but could benefit from a few more options and attention to detail in food preparation.

Being frequent traveler and lounge user, i walked here to experience their services while waiting for flight departure. Understand that patna airport is small and has limited services, this lounge needs lots of improvement from overall service to food quality served. It was set back comparing to any other tier 2 airport city lounge. The chicken sandwiches offered are pathetic and staff doesnt know , they simply spread the myonese with cheese and minced chicken and toast it in butter and have named it chicken tikka sandwhich. The french fries offered is a joke and its 4 counted pieces of potato wedges. Coffee served is average . Better to go for dosa or items that are cooked in kitchen than quick bites offered here. The prices are at par with airport outlets and i advise better to avail quick bites down stairs than going here. Worst they dont have tie up with any credit card service providers and lounge access is not applicable. Its like a resturant where you walk in and grab a seat and order. The area is quiet and not crowded. Its on first floor and only way is to climb up stairs so old age people may find it difficult. I hope their management takes not of the feedback and improves on food services offered here to live upto reputation of good airport lounge.

My first experience of the Zesto Lounge is that it should not be called a lounge. It offers very basic meals to "lounge" users. You have an option between a vegetarian and a chicken meal and the same type of sandwiches. That they operate a restaurant with much better options is really strange and annoying. It better than the downstairs waiting hall and that's about it. There are decent seating options but not at all well designed. It feels like the IRCTC premium waiting rooms. Service is again very basic. They donot have washrooms. The only good thing in there is the very beautiful murals from Ramayan in seemingly Madhubani style.

Worst airport lounge I have ever been to. The buffet is pathetic with very limited food options, and there is a limit on everything from wifi to the time of stay and even on the food (max consumption mentioned in grams). From 2024 they have started a buffet (only 4-5 items) No non-veg food option is available. Not even a paneer option is available. you can only have peas pulao and dal (Hostel wala, Pani wala Dal), and mixed veg The staff is unprofessional. Even the list of complementary lounge access cards is very compared to other lounges

Worst place....to be ..no comparison with lounges across the country...even b n c grade cities have bttr lounges ... 1 it's open for all....no reservations for cardholders 2 if u take lounge access.. Either take a snack or meal only one portion with choice of water or coffee or normal small cold drink....water bottle has to be complimentary as every place 3 ants n insects in food 4food stale 5 staff rude n impolite... 6 service retarded n slow #CertainlyNotRecommended I wish I could give negative star rating

To be honest I was surprised Patna airport even had a lounge. And on top of that they accept Priority Pass. However it's the bare minimum and well below what you would imagine an airport lounge to be. They will give one complementary snack and one beverage. Anything more will be chargeable. Since there is no buffet you pretty much order your food. I was lucky that the airport was not crowded. I can only imagine the state of the lounge on a crowded day - given they have very small sitting capacity.
