Joycestick Hotel & Restaurant — Restaurant in Bolpur

The first meal we take on shantiniketan tour. From nearby lodge we go there to eat lunch. The hotel manager also told us about this restaurant. So, decided between mahamaya and joycestick. So, we arrived at 3.15pm and saw that the restaurant was fully empty. We ordered and received the combo thali within 10 minutes. The veg items are worth the taste and the service was great as the waiter serve the dishes by himself and ask for refill . So, it was a good gesture. The egg curry recipe should be separately made. Because the masala used in egg curry is not worth it. It seemed like all non veg items are made of similar masala. I think egg curry should include chillies and jeera rather than onions. Third class food served here. We are first timer in santiniketan and ate our lunch. When I started washing my hand, yellow color did not rid of my hand. Horrible experience. Don’t dare to visit here….
