Bhagat Snacks & Food — Restaurant in Chandigarh

Omg! They were famous for their rara chicken and I have enjoyed it before but now their quality have gone down quite a bit. Twice their food upset my stomach. On another late night out it gave 'diarrhea' to my friend the next morning. I won't recommend it anymore. Seems like many old restaurants once have a good customer base made loose their edge.

Also this place have no sitting area and is surrounded by stray dogs that are used to being fed bones.

The kitchen hygiene is terrible, I could tell from a glance. I wanted to take a pic but owner was present and they keep the view blocked. I am sure that if food inspectors will check it out, it will fail in hygiene standards.

The owner don't care for none of this as most of his coustomer are on zomato ordering and others are drunks who eat on...

This is one of the best place for me to have chicken.Been more than a year going to this place.Small booth in sector 40 that serves delicious food.Owner is very polite and friendly.They dont have sitting space so people prefer eating in car or prefer take away.Almost tried all of their dishes so reviewing few i loved.Recommended dishes from my side Butter Chicken,Rahra Chicken,Madrasi Chicken,Tawa Chicken,Masala Chicken.All the Curries are cooked to perfection with right amount of spices.They also serve good Chinese food but i found chilly chicken average.Snacks you can go for peshawari chicken or tandoori chicken.Roti and Naan are soft and fresh Best part is they serve good quantity with good quality,Chicken is always succulent and fresh Highly recommend 👍🏼

We ordered two vegetarian curry dishes this evening for dinner as we had guests visiting from abroad, and I specifically requested the curries to be made non-spicy, as our guests aren’t used to spicy food. The restaurant did a fantastic job, both curries were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and not spicy at all, just as requested. Our guests were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. It made for a lovely dinner together. Thank you so much Bhagat Snacks & Food for accommodating our request so well, we’ll definitely be ordering again...
