I recently visited McDonald's and I must say, it was an outstanding experience that exceeded all my expectations. Well this particular branch wasn't good. The staff was quite lethargic. The orders were prepared late and no one called us when they were. This made them cold or I believe they simply reheated an old burger and gave it to us. We then asked the staff to make us a fresh one and they were far from being interested to do that. After a while they agreed with a not so happy face. For this as well they didn't call after it was prepared. Things prepared with no interest don't have a good taste and so was the case with these burgers as well. Another thing that i noticed was, these people were preparing and packing french fries, burgers at 10.30pm in the night even afer the branch was closed. I think it was done for the early morning customers. So apparently, these people don't serve fresh meals and only reheat the already...

Very disappointing experience. The order takers were busy chatting and giggling with the back staff, showing zero interest in taking orders efficiently. Only one counter was operational, and a single staff member was handling everything in a lethargic manner.

The AC wasn’t working properly, the dining area was unhygienic with sticky, dirty furniture, and there was no order display – I had to keep going to the counter to check the status of my order.
