Visit on 01/06/2024 My recent visit to Talez Patisserie & Kitchen in Sector 26 Chandigarh was nothing short of a culinary journey filled with delightful surprises and a few hiccups along the way. The recent renovation and revamped menu injected a fresh burst of energy into the ambiance, setting the stage for an evening of gastronomic exploration.

However, our excitement was tempered when we discovered that some of the items we had been eagerly anticipating, such as the Bombay Vada Pau and veg sizzler with cigar rolls, were regrettably unavailable. While the reason for their absence remained unclear, it was a minor setback in an otherwise outstanding dining experience.

Nevertheless, the dishes we did sample were a testament to the culinary prowess of Talez Patisserie & Kitchen. The Talez Garlic bread, with its perfect balance of flavors and textures, left a lasting impression, while the Methis pastry emerged as a true revelation. Its intricate layers, brimming with luscious chocolate and tart raspberry fillings, transported our taste buds to new heights of indulgence.

Despite the occasional hiccup, the impeccable quality of the food and the inviting ambiance have left an indelible mark on me, compelling me to plan another visit in the near future. Talez Patisserie & Kitchen has certainly earned its place as a must-visit destination for discerning food enthusiasts in Chandigarh. I eagerly anticipate my next culinary adventure at this charming establishment.

Update: Visit on 06/06/2024

Mind Blowing service and they had every dish missing last time. Tried Mumbai Vada Pau, Veg Supreme Wood fired pizza and Lavender Lady drink. Just fabulous.

Yesterday I visited this place for the very first time with couple of my friends and really like the Ambience and the vibrancy of this place. we ordered few items and loved every single item whatever we tried out

Wood Fire Pizza: The Wood Fire Pizza at this place is a delight! The crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. The wood-fired oven gives the pizza that authentic smoky taste that you can't resist.

Wood Fire Panuozzo Sandwich: The Wood Fire Panuozzo Sandwich is a must-try! The bread is toasted to perfection in the wood-fired oven, creating a deliciously crunchy exterior while keeping the inside soft and flavorful. The fillings are generous and blend harmoniously, making each bite a delightful experience.

Roti PenBoti (Pulled Mutton): The Roti PenBoti with Pulled Mutton is a savory delight! The mutton is cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, paired with soft and warm roti. The blend of spices in the pulled mutton creates a rich and aromatic dish that is sure to satisfy your taste buds.

Cheesy White Sauce Pasta: The Cheesy White Sauce Pasta is a creamy and indulgent treat! The pasta is perfectly cooked, and the white sauce is rich and velvety, generously coated over each pasta strand. The cheesy topping adds a delightful gooey texture that elevates the dish to a whole new level of deliciousness.

American Delectable: The American Delectable dish is a true...

Have been visiting this place for a long time now since the early days when it was named 'dan bro ' . Since then they have been consistently working hard to deliver good products to us however the only thing that has changed is the name ; 'Talez' is quite a catchy name .

The location is eash to located, its 4ight on the madhya marg. However parking can be a task as of the number of other businesses & offices .

Now lets talk about talez; this cafe serves amazing bakery items , breads cakes etc . Talez has an amazing menu compiling continental, Italian dishes .

We have offen come here for pastries & cakes as our little munchkin loves it . This place is a very good option for u to sit down with friends & family over a meal . The ambiance is cool & very french like .

Some of our favorites from Talez is -

Coffee- cafe latte , cappuccino. Mocktails- kala Khatta, thai lemonade Shakes - Nutella

They do serve all day breakfast & have dishes like Omelettes , shakshuka , eggs Benedict, french toast .

Starters - Mediterranean platter, Sriracha wings .

Pizzas - thin crust crust made with whole wheat , Favorite- veggie paradise.

Mains - Grilled chicken with cranberry jus , served with lemon cous cous & Sauteed Veggies.

Desserts - wide range of pastries to choose from , our picks black forest, coffee , chocolate eclairs , fredh fruit , belgium chocolate, pineapple . Tiramisu affogato for all the coffee lovers ,...

A patisserie and kitchen located in Sector 26 Chandigarh with a vintage vibe and serving fine gourmet food and beverages along with their first rate baked products. Sweet n savoury munchies, rich n sinful pastries and cakes, delectable food and luscious shakes, coffees, teas and more. The menu has a more modernistic cafe style approach focusing more on making you cherish the contemporary dining experience. A brilliant job done on making each preparation very wholesome and so thoughtful with their presentation. Absolutely adored the vibrant presentation done in this detail. Highlights from my visit would be- • Mezze platter • Farmhouse pizza • Classic basil tomato bruschetta • Cuban quinoa bowl • Chicken and Lamb sliders • Spicy sriracha tater tots • Veggies in Sichuan style sauce with steamed rice • Yogurt parfait • Thai lemonade • Salted caramel popcorn shake & Brownie shake • Fudgy skillet cookie with icecream • Molten caramel and fresh baked mini cakes in ramekins • Chocolate brownie with caramel glaze and oven dried orange The staff here is very courteous and knows exactly what they are serving. Had fun making those gorgeous and yummy mini tarts by myself at the tart station organised by Pinksky. This place is recommended!! Cost for 2- Rupees 1000 approx. . Bit of a disappointing experience.. I ordered Keema Sliders, which were ok. Also, the fresh lime was decent, too. But Chicken Stroganoff was totally not the dish it should be . So maybe the food team is good at a few sandwiches or burgers, etc.. kindly avoid choosing beyond that from the menu. Just bland & and boiled chicken on top of some kind of boiled rice is not the Stroganoff dish anywhere in the world it needs a proper recipe to it. I have uploaded the picture of the dish too. Maybe the target audience of this restaurant is not sorted, so why keep such a dish in the menu that nobody from the team knows anything about. I couldn't eat beyond a spoon or too as it tasted like hospital food, horrendous taste. And though the F&B team was polite but still they charged me for the dish, which i could not eat at all. They offered me to choose something else, or take care of me next time, but remember not everyone is looking for a replacement or free dining.. It's all about the experience . And why would a customer come next time .. please avoid making the menu look fancy and go for whatever u can cook properly with a decent recipe. I left this same advice on the feedback form. Thanks
