While the place is famous, it seriously lacks in terms of hygiene. The area was swarming with flies, and it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The staff handled the food with dirty, sweaty hands, dipping them into the batter up to the elbows, which was off-putting and raised serious concerns about food safety.
To make matters worse, during my visit, a fight broke out, and shockingly, the cook used the spatula meant for flipping dosas to hit someone on the head, causing them to bleed. Even more disturbing, the cook went right back to making dosas with the same spatula afterward.
Itās disappointing that such a popular spot overlooks basic hygiene standards and food safety practices. However, if youāre looking for a meal with a literal touch of sweat and donāt mind the risk of other questionable practices, then this is a must-visit. This place are good This is one of the most Indian Food Stall in Bilaspur !! The Dosa is simply amazing and crispy wherein the Idli is very soft and it quickly dissolves once you take a bite !! The prices are very reasonable and its a very good place for Families.Highly recommended.
