Worst Dining Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!

I recently had the most terrible experience at Balbir Dhaba, and I genuinely regret stepping into this place. From start to finish, everything was a disaster.

First, the service was absolutely pathetic. We waited for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, let alone took our order. The staff was completely inattentive, and when we finally managed to get someone’s attention, they acted as if they were doing us a favor.

When the food finally arrived, it was an absolute joke. The butter naan was chewy and stale, the paneer butter masala didn’t even have paneer, and to top it off, the food was raw and completely inedible. It was as if they had no idea how to cook.

Adding to this nightmare, the hygiene was disgusting. The overall ambiance was completely uninviting. It made me seriously question the cleanliness of the kitchen.

And here’s the most disgusting part when we asked for proper cutlery, the staff pulled it out from the pocket of their jeans and handed it to us! That was the last straw. It was absolutely unhygienic and revolting.

To make matters worse, when we tried to bring these issues to the owner’s attention, he didn’t even bother looking up from his phone. When we escalated it to another owner, he was extremely rude and mannerless, treating us like we were the problem instead of addressing their horrible service, terrible food, and filthy environment.

The entire place was a disaster—so ill-managed that it felt no less than a dirty fish market. The atmosphere was chaotic, and there was absolutely no sense of order.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value your health, time, and money, stay far away from Balbir or New Balbir Dhaba. I wish I could...
