guess it was one of those days where everything goes against you. My initial reaction ambiance wise seeing the place was nice but that was the only good thing that happened. We were five of us and the place was nearly empty, because

it was a humid day we specifically

chose to sit under the air conditioner,

but after sometime we realised the the

air conditioner was not working so we requested the waiter to find us a place where the air conditioning was good

but was straight away refused by saying as you are less in number you cannot

sit elsewhere and just went away. After requesting someone else we were shifted but that to was not that effective but was better the the previous place nevertheless we settled. Whatever we ordered was so so. They took time to serve us and goofed up in a simple thing as laccha Paratha. Everything was served but my laccha Paratha took ages to come and to my surprise they gave me tandoori roti and tried to convince me that itis a laccha Paratha. | told that | am from a hotel background you cannot fool me but all in vain. This is a very good restaurant serving a variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes right from soup, starters, main course & dessert. The complex also houses a fine bakery. The food is good & tasty and so is quantity. To me, it appeared that quantity was enough to serve 03 to 04 people depending upon the number of dishes ordered and appetite. The dishes are generally spiced, and for non spicy food, there is very limited choice. However, one can request for the same. This is a family restaurant with a good ambience. Yesterday I went there with some of my guests, the food was good and it was brought very smoothly but service oh, we asked for knifes our waiter said sure and then never bought is our knife then we someone else he also did the same and happened again, by then our guest started using spoon and fork coz they got tired of waiting then one of our guest asked for a slice of lime and we waited for 23 mins even then we never received the slice, while we were ordering the person who took our order had the same excuse for most of the dishes he would say this might take more time to make pls don't order, i went there on the recommendation of a family friend but not gonna step my foot ever...
