Being a lover of Mocha!! I was in town after a while.
I craved the Mocha Fried Chicken. I entered Mocha. The problems started there only ... No one was at the place to guide me at entry. They changed the ambience and location of the restaurant.
On entry it looks good. But the music is too loud. On requesting to lower the music, although the place was empty they fought and said they can't do it.
I sat down at the table, and the staff wanted me to order quickly. After ordering, they left no one offered water or something to drink. After 20 mins I asked for water and they got me two glasses of water ( it was warm) in April. I asked for Ice... It took 15 min to bring ice.
We waited for our order for a long time. On enquiry for the update they always kept telling us to wait as the order is in kitchen. After an hour of waiting I called the manager just to find out, people messed up our order and half of the order was not even placed, and nothing was put up next in the order queue. I am puzzled by what was in the kitchen that they kept us updating on.
Tip for people who are coming here: DON'T COME.
Top of the hat, they insist on a 10% service charge, that too for this kind of bad service and a headache.
Request to owner: Please visit your setup more often and look at everything. It will be better for the setup and kindly ask your servers to keep checking on the tables and keep them updated on food and beverages. (Although I found servers, very actively involved in tables ordering alcohol.)

The outdoor seating was the smoking zone so this suited me fine. The menu was impressive with a good variety of dishes - indian, continental, etc. We decided on a Lebanese chicken platter, Oriental chicken sizzler and a Lotus stem dish. Accompanied with mocktails, for dessert we had lava - lava and Banoffee pie. Well, the waiter took our order within minutes, and he had working knowledge about the dishes, which was a help. However the time taken for the dishes to be served was a put off. The first dish - Lebanese platter - arrived after approx 20 minutes and the second dish took 35 minutes. The preparation was average and both were too spicy. Even after asking for less spicy dishes in particular and reminders to the same while placing our order, the dishes were a big let down. The third dish had to be cancelled after it didn't arrive for over 45 minutes. We had actually lost our appetite. The mocktails too were disappointing. The only saving grace were the desserts. Both were well prepared and very delicious. The latter is highly recommended. Overall not a good experience. I think they ought to employ more chefs and waiters if they want Mocha to thrive. The ambience & decor is also just average. The seating is comfortable. Having drain pipe covers as a theme for their ceiling...

Today, I visited your Raipur restaurant with my small family to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, the treatment we received from your staff was extremely disappointing and shocking.
Despite booking a table in advance, I stepped away briefly to use the washroom, and upon returning, I found that your staff had asked my family to vacate the table without any explanation. We were told to move aside because some āhigh-profileā guests had arrived. My family was made to stand near the pool, and no staff member approached us to explain or offer assistance.
It gave the impression that your service is only extended to guests who appear wealthy or are dressed a certain way. We felt humiliated and completely unwelcome, which ruined what should have been a memorable occasion.
To make things worse, I tried calling the contact number listed on Google, but no one answered. I sincerely request that your team be respectful and considerate to all guests, regardless of appearance or background.
This was a deeply hurtful experience, and I do not plan to visit your...
