Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

CCD the name itself is enough to describe the quality of their meals and coffee. The staff here is polite and professional too but the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is that it is far behind to it's other outlets in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. When I visited them, there were spider nets all over the roof and bees were everywhere, even on the coffee machine. Every wire was covered with dust and was looking like an abandoned one. I don't know if it's always the same or it was on that day. CCD is known for it's taste as well as cleanliness, I hope the staff here will keep that...

Me particularly! Iam a die hard coffee fan/lover. Thus CCD comes in as a saviour of the day some time. This particular one is quite good.. Nice seating arrangements, it's on the Raipur railway station but can be easily recognized by the passengers or by the passersby, it's open to all plus It has everything in their menu which any other ccd outlet may offer you. So if you have just arrived in the city and after a long and hectic journey you are craving for a cup of coffee... It's a good place to go and catch some relaxing time with a cup of...

Very bad experience. Extremely ridiculous frappe. All icy. Who makes icy frappes and that too they are charging 300 bucks for that. No taste of coffee. And the staff is very uncooperative. When asked to expedite my order as my train was about to arrive, they are trying to act smart and preparing my order relatively slower and assuring me that it was still time for my train to arrive and when my train actually did arrive a few minutes later then they started to expedite the preparation. Never going to any cafe coffee...
