They dupe customers by running a mineral water bottle scam. When asked to give normal "paani' water, they gave a regular bottle which seemed as seal was open. They know thirsty customer will first consume water before taking another look at the seal. While they serve at Railway station, they know travelling customers have very limited time to eat and while they fight over it customer has to give into their demand. I heard two more cases where the manager had the audacity to take away the bottle which was already paid for. Total thugs they are. Food also was not delicious and was...

We had ordered mutton masala tandoori roti and chicken biryani just 15 mins before reaching raipur.... Tandoori roti was hot and fresh mutton masala lots of pieces and half biryani was more in quantity than expected... Taste wise superb and quantity wise more than expected.. We really enjoed.. Would certainly prefer over train food... A few things would make the parcel more enjoyable are some extra disposable plates... Tissue papers.. And finally some mouth...
