Cafe Timberland ️ — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

I went to Cafe Timberland last weekend as it came highly recommended by friends, AND I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED. Unfortunately there were two private parties going on there, so the open-air spaces were booked. We were seated inside on the first floor with a swell ambience. The sofas were comfortable, but the biggest Hit with us was the food and the staff. We ordered two non-veg dishes and a veg dish with non-alcoholic drinks. The service time wasn't much and we didn't have to wait long. The food was well prepared and delicious! A word about the staff : the team captain who served us, Mr Ram, was a polite, smiling and pleasant chap, who also helped us in deciding our order. His knowledge about the ingredients, preparation and taste of the dishes was applaudable, and he deserves Kudos for that. The manager of the joint was also very professional & ensured we had a good time. Among the misses was the height of the table between the sofas. It was too low. I guess it's part of the get-up & ambience, but we had to hold the plates in our hands to eat comfortably. If only the tables were a bit higher. The second was the washroom. Though it was clean considering the footfall there, the sore point was the soap bars they had kept there for washing hands. I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST TO THE MANAGEMENT TO GRADUATE TO LIQUID SOAP DISPENSERS. It's more hygienic and convenient. The food and the staff deserve 5 stars, but due to the two misses I'm giving them an overall 4 star. Nonetheless, this place is a must-visit for all. Kind of worst experience! No matter if the happenning time of place starts from 4 or 5 in the evening. But if you have stated that from morning it will start then you have to check that its clean and available or not. Hence, the staff needs to be regular and on time and make sure the place is clean and hygenic as well for customers there. Then when it comes to food, even they failed in providing their specialized food proper as well and in taste too. Then its expensive according to their services as well. ambience is awsome with different sitting arrangements open sitting and closed sitting in 1st and ground floor.. the one closed sitting in 1st floor lookwise was awsome but dont know there was smell of sizzlers dont know the reason... we ordered hakka noodles with manchurian sauce and pasta with some name pink sauce and copd coffee... hakka noodles and cold coffee was delicious bt pasta was horrible.. bt i will definately go to this place for ambience and to try out...
