Punjab Bistro — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. We were seated at a table that hadn't been cleaned—leftover crumbs and stains were still present. Throughout our meal, we had to approach the manager multiple times just to request basic necessities like a serving spoon, water, and even our food. The staff seemed completely indifferent to our presence.

After enduring this neglect, we then had to wait an additional 30 minutes just to receive our bill. The lack of organization and basic customer service was astounding.

Ironically, their motto is 'The only thing we are serious about is our food and our service.' Based on our experience, they fail miserably on both fronts.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other restaurants where customers are treated with the respect and attention...

Had lunch today at Punjabi Bistro, and it was a delightful experience! Enjoyed the cozy ambiance and delicious food. Every dish we tried was simply yummy, with authentic flavors that left us impressed. The staff was courteous and attentive, adding to the pleasant experience. From what I noticed, it seems even more fantastic at night with features like a bar and live music, which I’m sure would create an amazing vibe. One of the worst restuarent in town. They book tables for families, and cannot accommodate 2 people. The ambience is worst than road side dhaba and when you complain about changing seats they make you sit in the open air with mosquitos and then has the audacity to say that " Bahar toh macchar honge".
