Khana Kothi — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

This is one of the big restaurants along the Mumbai Kolkata Ring road. Mostly a preferred choice often when there is a cricket match at the veer narayan singh stadium. The restaurant has really spacious indoor & outdoor seating with various kinds of arrangements including a dhabha style khatia seating if you would want that ambiance. The food menu has sufficient options to choose from, including various Indian cuisine. Although the food is great and tastes well for the price which seems reasonable, the service we received left us wandering for food at some instances. It took long time to serve even the smallest of request. Even the billing was so delayed that we had to stand in frustration to finally get our bill only to realise that for card payment we must go to the counter. Reopened recently, the pure veg restaurant has a very large seating area indoor & outdoor. The food quality and taste is ok, but the wait time is very high. By the time the food arrived we lost interest in having food.

We have to ask the manager 2 to 3 times to get the food ordered, but it took a very long time, as all the tables were having the same issue of very late service.

It's a good place for Main Course. The ambience is peaceful. We've ordered 2 starters, 2 curries, 1 dal, 4 types of Naan and Masala Cold Drink. One of the starters which was recommended by the restaurant staff, was tasteless actually. The Dal and curries were fine. They even charged money for water.
