Really disappointing experience in this outlet. We went here after looking at influencers and bloggers posting about this restaurant repeatedly, but it turned out to be a very sad experience. I personally saw @foodie.raipurian’s (food blogger) review and went to this outlet but the taste and experience was completely opposite. The Kathi roll which they are promoting so much via food bloggers doesn’t exist in their official menu card, and after ordering it we realized that it Is pathetic and not even close to any roll. Some paneer crumbs with gravy were rolled in a half cooked Maida roti which is nowhere close to any wrap or roll.
The worst part is the pricing of the same which came in the final bill that is Rs 300/- + taxes which was totally not acceptable considering the portion and taste. When questioned at the reception, the guy is like “iska price itna hi hai” i asked him to show in the menu card he said “usme printed nai hai”. I had no other option but to pay and leave.
The second item ordered was sarson ka saag and makke ki roti which was also not worth the hype as the chapati portion it too less and the dish is more of fancy promotion gimmick rather than what it should be actually.
We visit lot of restaurants - new outlets in different cities to try out new food options - but this kind of experience i have never come across.
Also, the servers / managers in the outlet are least interested to resolve the issues and are clueless as to what is customer is trying to ask. Even after repeated complaints they were least interested in getting the right thing. Had to skip ordering the main course and leave the restaurant.
One simple direct advice from my side is to not blindly believe in what these bloggers and influencers are posting in social media - learnt it the hard way.
P.S. No lift, its on first floor - (specially for senior citizens) No Credit / Debit Cards accepted Super slow delivery Staff rude and least interested...
Read moreHigh waiting on Sunday evening.
Poor management of everything, starting from table waiting, orders, allotment of tables.
There is not option to reserve/book a table for a particular time slot.
Ambience is good but it will soon not be good if building is not maintained. There are visible repair patches on the ceiling.
Some spare items/cartons are placed right in front of eyes near reception.
Even after getting a table, it took a lot of time to clean the table, take order and then deliver.
Establishment is understaffed and the pain and workload of staff is visible in their eyes.
Washroom was a big turn off. Only one washrooms for everyone. Floor was all wet. Not wet wet, but 1inch water on the floor wet.
Table/order management was poor. It took ages for food to be delivered.
Food was not too great as compared to the rush. Food was not bad either. Above average, nothing outstanding. Nothing that can't be eaten...

One of the Underrated Good restaurant in Raipur. Located at corner of City, this delightful place is good in terms of Food, Service and Ambience.
A varied option of vegetarian dishes are available here. We go for Sahi Pedro as starter that is outer bread crust with inner paneer stuffing, it was delicious. For main course we had Angara Panner with stuffed Kulcha. Angara Panner is mid spicy gravy dish with a Smoky flavour of burnt coal smoke. Kulcha is Indian bread with Panner/Potatoes stuffing with veggies. Panner was spicy- flavourful and Kulcha was well stuffed and cooked. Then comes our Veg Biryani with Raita which was aromatic and delicious.
This place is appropriate for relaxing and enjoy your food to it's fullest. Service is fine with well behaved and courteous stafff.
Highly recommend place. Hope to...
