Full marks for ambience and food, top notch quality and scrumptious food. But there is a serious issue to highlight, Me with my family visited in January month and had a bitter experience, paid using paytm the transaction went pending, after waiting for few minutes it was still showing pending, the manager insisted to pay to his personal paytm or upi account and if the first payment also comes out to be successful then he will refund one of them,so we did paid him on his personal upi account also. Next day we saw first payment was also debited from our account that was credited to company's account. Then on next day we contacted the person Naresh ji from pind ballauchi that both the payments have been successfully credited in the respective accounts so as promised refund one of them, Now on 16/02/24 starts the real issue, he told us the first payment is still not received and he won't refund it,from 16/2/24-20/2/24 we had numerous calls with Naresh ji and some other person from pind ballauchi, they just made excuses,we asked for account statement they made excuses like printer isn't working, come to the hotel we will talk in person, just trying to suppress the matter and not refunding the money, especially Naresh ji talks in a very rude way and he several times cut the call in middle of the conversation and used to talk in a very loud voice.finally on 20/2/24 he refunded the first amount as he knew both the amounts were credited in respective accounts on 16/2/24 and 17/2/24, after refunding also he was like "amount to apka Aya nahi abhi tak,but me apni salary se Kata lunga and hung up the call. This kind of behavior gives a very very bad impression on the brand although the food was 10/10. Pls look into this matter, this is very serious as people can lose their money by paying twice and not getting refunded because of...
Read morePind Balluchi Raipur provided an outstanding dining experience with its blend of authentic North Indian flavors, excellent service, and a well-crafted ambiance. The restaurant’s Punjabi village-themed decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for a family outing or a special dinner. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, with the Chicken Tikka Masala standing out for its rich, creamy texture and perfectly balanced spices. The Chicken Fried Rice was well-seasoned and complemented the meal perfectly, while the Kulcha was soft, fresh, and paired beautifully with the gravies. The mocktails were refreshing and added a delightful touch to the meal. The customer service was exceptional, with courteous and attentive staff ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Orders were served on time, and the staff was proactive in catering to requests. The ambiance further enhanced the experience, with its rustic decor, dim lighting, and comfortable seating, making the setting both relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. Despite being a popular spot, the service remained efficient, and the overall dining experience was seamless. The restaurant’s location on VIP Road also makes it easily accessible. While the pricing is slightly on the higher side, the quality of food, service, and ambiance justifies it. Overall, Pind Balluchi Raipur is an excellent choice for those looking for a memorable dining experience with great food, attentive service, and a charming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it and will definitely...
Read moreOur visit to Pind Balluchi was a bit of a letdown. All the dishes were pretty average specially the malai kofta and dal. Malai kofta, a dish we were looking forward to savoring, turned out surprisingly sweet, almost like a dessert overloaded with sugar. Despite expressing our concern to the server, they insisted that the sweetness was intentional due to the natural sweetness of malai. But it was really feeling like some dessert. Only good thing was the pickle and vinegar onion.
Note: If you are ordering malai kofta, I insist that you order that for dessert and not with main course
Adding to the disappointment, the service further contributed to our mixed experience, marked by rudeness and a lack of attentiveness. We were not very mad after this experience but then the person taking our order started arguing about the sweetness of the dish.
In summary, Pind Balluchi fell short in terms of culinary experience, making it a less-than-ideal choice for our dining preferences.
PS: We had veg dishes for our dinner, I don’t know the taste they...
