I have ordered a Dutch Truffle Cake and done the online payment. It went out of stock and mad bakers called me and asked to either cancel the order or change the order. I found their behavior very rude.

If the ordered item went out of stock, it's the shop's responsibility to reject or simply don't accept the order in the first place instead of asking the customer to cancel it.

They were asking for the extra amount (you need to pay extra) if I have to order something else irrespective of what amount I have paid already online.

I asked them to reject the order or cancel it as I have already paid the amount so I can't cancel it. But they didn't. I waited for them to cancel but in the end, I contacted Zomato support and got a full refund.

Would not recommend it to anyone (not online at least)!!

I asked the staff there to pack a Swiss Truffle pastry after slightly heating it. And this is what I got when I opened the box at home. No tray for the pastry was there. Highly 3rd class packaging service.

Moreover, at the store I ask for a Choco Lava to eat there. And the staff there just served as it is saying he heated it in the oven, May be it's our fault, we're not able to feel the temperature of pastry. What a service!!

The taste is good but with the staff with least interest to interact the customer and this kind of packaging, please don't expect any loyal customer. A lot of other bakeries are there in town. Will have to think 100 times before ordering anything...
