GOOD SWEETS, BUT LOW & BAD BEHAVIOURING STAFF.... Quality of food is good, but staff attitude is so so bad...They show attitude to all, and according to your purchase..Once I bought 250gm of xyz sweets, they smile in a joking way, but when I bought festival gift packets of 40K they consider to smile a bit.... Smileless, angry faces, disgusting looks, standing at the back of counter, but they will never ask you in courtesy... You have to request them... Thay pack, they give... Thats all..!!!! As I was a regular customer of there shastri bazar store since 15 years and shankar nagar branch from the very 1st day (not visited shastri bazar store after start visiting shankar nagar branch as shankar nagar is on my way) with yearly purchase in 5 digits, but now I shifted my sweet shop choice..what's purpose to buy from them when there is no respect for customers. There are many more good similar shops all around the city where atleast they treat there customers respectfully. Initially, i though may be they are busy, but these incidents occurs many a times when I visited the shankar nagar shop...Once asked one of them to give some items,I got a repellent tone reply , " Abhi sab busy hai, wait karo, khali honge tb denge". Over all, I OMITTED NAIVEDYA SWEETS.....you can get many Good Sweet Shops with same or BETTER quality sweets and stuffs in raipur than these shop...No personal benefits, just true review as...

Once upon a time it was the best sweet Shop ( Sastry Market )of Raipur where quality and different type of Sweets are available . In sweet items one can get khoya sweets , chhena sweets , atta sweets , besan sweets garnished with dry fruits are available . Besides this many other varieties are also available . All chat items , Dhokla , Samosa , Kachori Rabri , Rasmalai are also available . Originally the Naivedya was started in 1994 at Sastry Market ( space is small ) . Myself was a regular customer of Naivedya since 1995 . This new sweet shop started at Shankar Nagar , Raipur on 7th October 2019 . Improvement in Namkin section required . Kindly taste the sweets also before purchasing as I was given khatta (basi) chhena Roll on 11th December 2019 . Although I complained to the owner of the shop , it was fruitless . The owner should take care of all items he is selling otherwise the customers are having good options to purchase from New Delhi Sweets of Ashoka Tower chowk near Shankar...

Probably the most loved and preferref sweet shop of Raipur. I have been buying sweets from this shop for more than a decade. Excellent taste of all the sweets. My personal favourite is Dodha Barfi, and I would definitely recommend everyone to try it. Also they have a range of bakery items as well. Their bread is really soft and well baked. In addition they also have traditional indian snacks like Samosa, Kachori, Dhokla , jalebi to name a few. I would recomment to try their Dahi Samosa, especially in the branch situated near Shastri market. Its probably the best I have eaten so far. their kesar kulfi is also famous. It might be a bit expensive, but you can pay that much when you get the best quality of...
