A huge disappointment. We visited this hotel on a recommendation from our hotel owner, but it turned out to be a terrible experience.

We ordered Hakka Noodles, which were extremely oily. The Khichdi was fine, but the worst part came when we ordered their highly-priced "cheese veg sandwich", which was of third class quality.

When we asked for a replacement, the staff flatly refused. We tried speaking to the hotel’s owner over the phone, but instead of addressing our complaints, he was rude, arrogant, and threatening — even threatening to call the police when we said we wouldn’t pay for the poor food.

I had an amazing experience at Bawarchi /Kankeshwari Restaurant! The soup and pizza was too good and the masala dosa was absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. Every bite was a burst of authentic South Indian flavors.

A special shoutout to Ruchit Patel for providing outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had a great dining experience. His warm hospitality truly made the visit even more enjoyable.

The complimentary gulab jamun gift by him at the end was the perfect sweet touch.

Good place to eat in Diu. Completely veg. There is no lift and restaurant is on 1st floor. Stairs are steep so a bit problematic for elderly people. Food taste and quality is good though. Price on the higher side. Edit after onwer's reply: Even if there was a different staircase, the irony is that the hotel staff didn't encourage us to take the proper one while exiting. A suggestion is that a gaurd can be posted on the gate so that he can guide guests to the correct staircase in case they...
