A huge disappointment. We visited this hotel on a recommendation from our hotel owner, but it turned out to be a terrible experience.
We ordered Hakka Noodles, which were extremely oily. The Khichdi was fine, but the worst part came when we ordered their highly-priced "cheese veg sandwich", which was of third class quality.
When we asked for a replacement, the staff flatly refused. We tried speaking to the hotel’s owner over the phone, but instead of addressing our complaints, he was rude, arrogant, and threatening — even threatening to call the police when we said we wouldn’t pay for the poor food.
