Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
I recently visited Rasoi, and it was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, we were forced to order everything together, which was incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional. It felt like they were rushing us through the meal before we even had a chance to settle in.
The hygiene standards at Rasoi are appalling. I witnessed the staff washing mops in the washbasin, which is both disgusting and a major health hazard. The entire restaurant is filthy, and it's clear that cleanliness is not even remotely a priority.
As if the awful hygiene wasn’t enough, the food was equally horrendous. It was stale, tasteless, and of shockingly poor quality. We were served uncooked rice, and the rest of the food was either undercooked or completely inedible. Adding insult to injury, the cheap plastic crockery only emphasized the overall lack of care.
To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive of our concerns. They clearly have no interest in customer satisfaction. As soon as the food was served, they started aggressively demanding payment, which was not only uncomfortable but highly unprofessional. It’s as if they knew how bad the food was and just wanted to ensure they got their money before we could even taste it.
To top it all off, it’s obvious that Rasoi has a collusion with local taxi drivers. They seem to be directing tourists there on purpose, likely getting a kickback for sending unsuspecting customers to this disaster of a restaurant.
I wouldn’t recommend Rasoi to anyone. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I will never be returning. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to eat. This place is an absolute disaster from...
Read moreThird class food quality and service. We(7 people) ordered 2 pav bhaji, 2 masala dosa, 1 dal and 8 butter rotis. Kitchen is located very far. After 30 mins they served dosas and pav bhaji. Dosa was very small and was not crisp at all. Bhaji was really oily and did not look like bhaji. Even then we ordered extra pav.
Dal and rotis were not served even after 1 hr. When we argued with the person at the counter, a waiter ran to the kitchen and got us an UNCOOKED pav and served it.
Then a small dal balti was served(not even sufficient not one person) along with uncooked rotis. We left without eating dal and rotis. Paid 504 for 2 pav bhajis and 2 masala dosa
Wouldn't...
