Food quality might be good but highly disappointed with the delivery and service. I ordered food using the KFC app and from this outlet. It took more than 2 hours to deliver the order to 5th Avenue which is not more than 2 KMs from the outlet. The delivery slot was 10:45 PM but the customer executive called me up and said it will be delivered at 11 PM. I said ok but it was not delivered even then. I tried calling KFC customer service and the number from which I received the call but no one picked it up and my order is still not picked up by any delivery rider. I can't understand when they don't have enough delivery partners then why do they accept orders. Highly disappointed!
Edit after 2 hours - didn't receive the order even after 2 hours, tried calling the number and the helpline number too for more than 10 times. The helpline number got shut down as it was already 11 PM, so I had no option other than visiting the outlet myself. Visited the store myself at 11:30 PM and checked with the manager that why my call wasn't being answered. He simply said, "the phone was on silent mode". If i talk about the staff so that was very unactive and careless when i was reached at the floor then no body was on the counter to take order and listen the customer query.
