Burger King — Restaurant in Dadri

I visited the store today and I feel the staff is not competent at all. At first the helper name Akash misguided us at the self order counter.We wanted to order coke but he said that no soft drink was available except Mt. Dew. So we ordered mocha frappe with our meal, for which we had to pay extra money. But right after 5-10mins coke was served to another customer. After the order was delivered at our table upstairs, we realised that there were no tissues and no spoon for the icecream topping on our frappe. We asked the same man Akash to get us some tissues and spoon. But he simply disappeared!! After waiting for sometime we went down and got the same. Later, while leaving we saw the same man Akash gossiping with the other staff at the counter about us, as we told him that we will complain about his irresponsible n rude behaviour. The staff in this outlet of BK really needs proper training on how to talk to customers and also how to improve their services. Not a...

No issue about food. Quality of Staff is not good. Very casual attitude of staff. They seriously need to upgrade their staff and decipline. I have seen multiple occasions during my last 8 visits they keep talking their shit topics with each other. No care of client being standing in front of them. Counter service is poor...they have two self order machines which do not accept payments...i mean owner would need to close down the outlet if he does not improve quality of his staff and tgeir service attitude. I ordered 1500 worth of items for my family for dine in....9 items delivered upstairs by staff..2 times their staff came to tell us your 1 item is being delivered shortly...we had finished our eatables...but no help..when i called up a service staff to arrange dine in delivery of pending item...he said you need to go downstairs and get it yourself ..poor standards of customer...

I recently visited the newly opened Burger King at Town Central Mall, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The restaurant, located at Plot No C4, Sector 16B Rd, Greater Noida West, offers a delightful ambiance.

I decided to try their chicken wings, and I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor was excellent, and they were served fresh. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable dining experience.

The staff was courteous, and the service was prompt. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were also commendable. Overall, I highly recommend this Burger King outlet to all food enthusiasts. Looking forward to more visits...
