I recently visited The Grill House, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster. The service was terrible, and I faced issues at every step of the visit.
Food Quality and Service: I ordered fried chicken strips, which took nearly 50 minutes to arrive. To make matters worse, they served me a chicken steak instead (some sort of hot white sauce poured over chicken). When I pointed this out, the waitress suggested I "try it anyway." We gave it a shot, but the taste was terrible. After informing them of the mistake, the chef finally intervened, and the correct dish arrived after another 30 minutes.
We also ordered an LIT (Long Island Iced Tea), but it was a complete disappointment. The drink was overly sugary, with too much juice, completely ruining the balance. I’ve visited many restaurants and bars, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with food and drinks.
Billing Issues: We had booked our table in advance and were promised a 20% discount during the booking. However, at billing, they claimed the discount was only 15%. When I clarified this with the waitress, she denied any record of the 20% promise and kept asking for the name of the executive I spoke to. I explained that the executive had noted the discount next to my booking, yet I had to argue extensively before they reluctantly honored the 20%.
It’s not about the extra 5% but the lack of professionalism and their failure to honor commitments after delivering such poor service.
Overall Experience: Imagine dining at a place where they mess up your drinks, food, and billing. The experience was so bad that I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The lack of value and respect for customers was appalling.

We ordered afgani paneer tikka, it had no necessary spices to call it afgani malai paneer tikka. Precisely 5 pieces of paneer marinated in plane mix of curd and cream. I shared the feedback.
Veg chilly garlic noodles: They called it veg but added Maggie soya sauce imported from Thailand which contains fish sauce. I could escalate this to such level where they should have been punished with heavy panalty and face serious consequences but since it was my birthday and had family with kid did not react how I should have.
The mutton Rogan Josh was extremely low in portions, 3 people could get one egg size piece each. There was no fragrance of spices except MDH garam masala which i could easily distinguish. The gravy was partially cooked with excessive oil in the bowl. Broccoli and sundried tomato risotto had double the amount of tomato which made it too sour. Btw they used sun dried tomato as it is, I believe he took the inspiration from some chappri youtuber. No adequate herbs were added to call it authentic, why I'm paying for continental if they serve food like street vendors.
The service was fast and the waiters were well behaved, ideally one would not pay any tip with such experience but I could not resist based on their service.
The open space had a music system but so called DJ had no idea of the party and mood to play the songs to match.

We had dinner with our family but as my bills came I was surprised to see 10% Service charge apartment from 5% CGst and 5% Sgst that means u pay 20%extra on each food stuff . They won't provide u regular water by themselves untill u ask them . And people will ask only when they know it. Table has a water bottle worth 199Rs . Consumer forum has clear guidelines as per the judgement of Supreme Court 2022 that no restaurant can force customer for the service charge. It is on customers wish. But Relationship manager and other staffs here are so rude and adamant on service charges. They will tell you to look at their written sign board at the gate . Question is Customer are entering a restaurant in jolly mood to enjoy good food and ambience they are not entering a class room that they will read all the sign boards and notices on each places of the restaurant. Will any customer do this! On a bill of 3000 Rs if u pay useless 600Rs it really hurts u that too when service charges is not applied by Either state govt or Central govt. If my review makes even single customer awareness of this fraud my long post will be a success! After this I am going to put a formal complaint in Consumer forum in writing.
