Shocked by the blatant dishonesty at Faka. Despite ordering an egg roll twice and explicitly confirming with staff both times that it was vegetarian/egg-based, I was served a chicken roll. This isn’t just a mix-up – it’s a serious breach of trust, especially for vegetarians or those avoiding meat.

When confronted, the staff doubled down on their lie, insisting it was an egg roll. Even more appalling: they refused to connect me with the owner, claiming they "don’t have the owner’s contact." The lack of accountability and indifference to customer concerns speaks volumes.

Went here today for the first time. I ordered Gobhi Manchurian and the person told me he will go and check. Later he came back and said it will take 45-50 mins so not to order. Then I asked for Masala Tea, Vegetable momos and Cripy Baby Corn. He took the order and after 10 mins came back saying tea is not possible because some one delivered here expired milk. So tea and coffee are not available. I then ordered for Lemon Ice tea and hazzlenut cold coffee. After some time when I asked about my order he said that you Peach Ice tea is getting ready. I told that I ordered Lemon Ice Tea and not Peach Ice tea. He realised his mistake and said ab to Peach Ice tea ready ho gayi. I told I don’t want. Bring another hazzlenut coffee.
