Absolutely disgraceful behavior from your staff, especially Satish. I ordered my second light beer at 11:29 PM — well within your posted hours (you’re open till 12 AM). That’s when Satish decided to act rude and dismissive, saying “daru peene ka time nahi hai.” Excuse me?

I’ve lived next door for 25 years. I’ve given this place so much business, always come in solo, never caused trouble — just quietly supported this place for years. And this is how I get treated?

The way Satish spoke to me was despicable. No respect, no courtesy, and absolutely no understanding of how to deal with a loyal, paying customer. It honestly felt shady and hostile. If this is how you treat someone who’s probably visited over a hundred times, then shame on you.
