Good ambiance yet have some important flaws - Fast food and sweets have different billing counters. For sweets the quantity receipt have to be collected from sweets counter and again have to roll back for submission to billing counter for payment. This actually delays the billing process and cause pain for a customer who wants mix of both. At times even the machines at sweets counter don't work so they route customer back to billing desk and by the time you reach there again, you will see 3-4 people in front lined up for billing. Assorted sweets billing is still understandable through sweets counter but why billing for fix quantity (in denominations of 500g) can't be done from main billing counter? Not sure how may customer raised this issue, but it actually kills the excitement of visiting such a renowned place for food with family. Roaming around through one billing counter to another takes half of the time and not feasible for senior citizens which I saw were going through the same trouble.
This is another issue and has been there ever since I started visiting. The credit card works only at 1 counter and rest of the machines only accept cash/UPI. They have a similar statement whenever asked about this issue which is " the issue is knowledge but no fix time for resolution". It feels more like a deliberate attempt to avoid card transactions. Because it's hard to believe that such a renowned chain is sitting over this issue for months and letting the customers suffer.
You operate with very less staff at sweets counter. Moreover your staff at billing needs to be more polite and customer centric rather being adamant and arrogant. There effort to defend the delay process due to billing, missing counter staff and other factors are not acceptable. Haldiram should stand with their process and protocols however feedback for on improvement and quick service should be accepted and worked upon. For now your staff feels that customer is bound to come no matter what so let it be their way.
Lastly the number provided on your website for this location isn't reachable. It disconnects after a single bell. Hence there is no way for a customer to check for desired order before coming which may save fuel as well.
I come from Gaur City 2 to your place but if the above points won't get considered in future I would better go to Crossing Republic or Sec 63, which are closer...
Read moreHaldiram's is a popular food chain for middle and upper middle class families in Delhi/NCR for the last over one and half decades. In the last two decades the food chain has recorded a phenomenal growth and today it is the most desired place whether you want to dine in or pack some sweets. During festival time the outlets are overcrowded and it is nearly impossible to get to the counters. I have been visiting the Haldiram's outlet in Spice Mall, Noida, ever since it opened there. There are several eatables that are quite popular and even I like them like chola bhatura, dosa, tandoori platter and jalebis. Haldiram's serves breakfast, lunch and other snacks from mornings till night. The outlet in Spice Mall is mediocre as the tables and chairs are of very average quality. The best part of Haldiram's is their standard of food. The food chain has successfully managed to retain its quality over the years. The worst part, on the other hand, are their prices. The food stuff here costs more and the quantity served is less. In other words, the price and the quantity do not justify each other. Still, Haldiram's outlets bursting with people; mainly because people look for a decent place to sit with family and trustworthy food. The huge rush proves one point.. people are hungry for good food, they will not hesitate to pay more if the stuff is reliable and tastes good. So, the biggest USP of Haldiram's is trust, quality and people's satisfaction. The food chain management is smart and it unfailingly encashes it's USP.

I’ve been to so many Haldiram’s outlets, but none have disappointed me as much as this one.
Let’s start with their Drop the Q system. Sounds fancy, right? You scan, order from your table, and skip the line—for a 6% convenience charge. Except, it’s not convenient at all. The staff? Dumb and unresponsive. One guy took my payment at the table, then disappeared somewhere to get a QT cut for the order… even though he was using a tablet. Shouldn’t that make the process seamless? Apparently not.
Then came the food prep—oh lord. I’ve had chole bhature at places ranging from the most expensive to the cheapest roadside stalls, but never have I seen someone take 20-30 minutes to fry two bhaturas. Even when I got it, it wasn’t great either. And considering everything else comes from a base kitchen and sits there all day, what were they even doing? I could’ve just stood in the queue and saved more time.
Now, the billing confusion. There’s a separate counter for sweets, but they also keep quick snacks like dhokla, kachori, and vada pav there. Makes sense, right? Nope—because you can’t pay for them at that counter. You have to go to the main cashier counter, making the entire system completely pointless.
And when I dared to ask about it, the so-called manager or employee —Azreen? Afreen? Whatever her name was—rudely told me to be seated instead of addressing the issue.
The mall itself feels dead, and this Haldiram’s is just making it worse with its pathetic service. Safe to say, I’m never...
