I have purchased 9 kg boondi laddoos from Mithaas Noida sector - 76 shop on 27 Aug night. I have distributed them to relatives next day. Out of 9 kg 4-5 Kg laddoos developed fungee in it. I have got complaint from many relatives about that after 2 days when I call them. I asked them to bring it so that I can show to sweet shop and complaint about it.

I went to sweet shop and shows them these ladoos. They said you should have come within 2 days and did not accept their bad quality ladoo. Instead of that they offer me 1 kg of fresh ladoo and said that it is because you came here to complaint.

I did not accept that 1 kg laddos, I asked them to accept the bad quality product. And if they want to replace then replace whole 4 kg which was of bad quality and developed fungee. They refused to do so.

I will not recommend to purchase sweets...
