Punjabi Rasoi – A Complete Scam!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Punjabi Rasoi. This place is nothing but a scam, deceiving customers with poor-quality food and dishonest service.

Uncooked & Low-Quality Food: Ordered Paneer Tikka, and they sent it completely uncooked—just raw paneer with no effort to grill or marinate properly. The overall food quality was terrible. Wrong Items Delivered: Instead of *Garlic Naan, they sent Plain Roti. Instead of Dal Makhni, they sent Dal Tadka, which is much cheaper. It seems they deliberately replace orders with lower-cost items to save money. Ridiculously Small Portions: The portion sizes are much smaller than other restaurants, making it a total waste of money. Terrible Customer Service: When I called to complain, they casually responded that “mistakes happen” and refused to refund or exchange the wrong items. Absolutely unacceptable!

Overall, Punjabi Rasoi is cheating customers with bad food, wrong orders, and zero accountability. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to waste your money and ruin your meal....

It has changed a lot in pricing and also in infrastructure ..intially when I visited there they refill thali with chole and daal instead of paneer that was good. Now when I visited today and I have asked to refill thali with cholesterol and daal they said we can only offer one thing either daal or chole..out of three things if you can refill only one then how can customer consume thali ..I have eaten raw rice ..just because my daal was finished ..and I haven't asked anything additional in thali ..so whatever you serve in thali atleast provide refill so customer can consume everything..if they demand extra roti or chawal then you can say that your sabhi,daal require...

One of the Third class-Road Chhaap hotel in and around NOIDA-DELHI NCR... I had ordered my dinner as parcel (takeaway)... they delivered me my parcel in 15 mnts... but I was shocked when I opened my parcel at home... They are not given me the order which I placed and paid at counter.... when I called they told me that we cant do any thing-alternate about this.... SO SAD TO SAY THAT THEY'RE NOT PROFESSIONALS AND LITERATE TO DO BUSINESS...... BUT THEY'RE TOTALLY EXPERIENCED PERSONS THAT KNOW HOW TO CHEAT CITIZENS....! MY SUGGESTIONS TO ALL PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS TYPE OR IRRESPOSIBLE OWNERS-STAFF...
