Al Aseem pizza — Restaurant in Delhi

First experience with them is good but then I would say A big No when it comes to delivering food from Al-Aseem. Not once, twice, or thrice but everytime got bad, bland, stale food. Just now I've ordered fried momos+ chicken chilli. Momos were not upto the mark and chicken chilli is stale and above all it was sweet as if there's tomato sauce puree with chicken chunks in it. Prior too when I ordered pizza, then burger then too either it was stale food they sent or tasteless. Highly disappointed and urging everyone not to order. Can't say for dining but for ordering food plz refrain you will end up in outburst of anger.

Al-Aseem should be closed!

To be honest, their food is geting worse. In the begining they used to be very good, but now, it's just a waste of my money to buy from them. I ordered chicken tikka roll and kebab roll. Both of them were terrible. The kebab was so hard that it took much effort to divide it into two pieces. And the chicken was hard as well. It felt like old stale food put together with cream and stuff to make it look fancy.

Now on top of that, their delivery man doesn't know how to talk with costumers. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Their delivery service is really bad...

Ordered a 9-inch Exotic Veg Pizza, got something that looked more like 7 inches and the delivery showed up 50 mins late instead of 30 mins which they did before. When I called them, they said “the pizza shrinks after baking.”

Sure, a little shrinkage is normal, but not a whole 2 inches smaller. I even measured it to be sure (check the pics).

The pizza itself tasted fine, but the delay and the excuse just ruined the experience. If you promise 9 inches, stick to 9 inches, don't give 6-7 inches then...
