A R Residency — Hotel in Delhi

We have stayed here 11 days. Location is good near metro station. So you can easily go anywhere in Delhi. Moreover, there are many restaurant outside of the hotel. Though, there is inside kitchen in the hotel and room service is available. The hotel meal charge is compatibly higher. But, there meal is delicious.

The room is neat and clean. Enough space in the room. We get TV, AC, Wardrobe, dressing table and shoe case in the room. Furniture is new. But washroom utensils are old. The cleaner tries to washroom clean but its tiles are a little bit old. So we found some spots in the washroom. Moreover, the geyser is not working in our washroom.

The staff are cordial and helpful. They always respond to any issues quickly. They also help me to guide how to tour in Delhi and buying gadget.

To sum up, if you are looking for budget hotel for family, this hotel is recommended. As it is a budget hotel, it has some limitation, so before booking you should consider...

It is a budget hotel. Rooms are big but mostly bathrooms are small and not very tidy. Staff is always courteous and welcoming and my stay here has always been comfortable, credit for which goes mostly to the staff. Located in a lane infront of the Okhla Vihar metro station. You have shops and small restaurants around, that are open till midnight, which is a big convenience. They deserve 5 stars only if they improve on cleanliness and proper maintenance of rooms...

Really excellent...A.R residency hotel which is opposite of okhla vihar metro ..very nice staff....super hygiene...healthy homely food.price sooo cheap ...I booked through goibio...safety also.. really very nice hotel ..it is soo nice cant explain.... everything good... please visit this hotel....very nice.clean everything... everyday they clean...from metro jamia milla islamia University only...
