After hearing numerous recommendations from friends and watching food vloggers rave about Al-Zahid, I finally decided to visit this popular eatery located in Quresh Nagar, also known as Kasabpura. Hereās my detailed experience:
Parking and Ambiance: Parking was a significant challenge. The area is quite congested, and finding a spot can be a real hustle. As for the ambiance, donāt expect fine dining. The setting is modest, reflecting a typical bustling street eatery vibe. The surroundings are filled with the strong smell of butchery, which might be off-putting to some.
Food and Taste: Al-Zahid is renowned for its chicken lollipops, which were indeed the highlight of the meal. The combination of green chutney, onions, lemons, and the chicken lollipops was quite good. The chutney added a refreshing zing to the dish, and the onions and lemons complemented the lollipops well. However, the taste was similar to many other places in Delhi, so it wasnāt a standout experience that left me speechless.
Worth the Hype? Was it worth the hype? Iād rate it a 7.5/10. The chicken lollipops were good, but not extraordinary. They were enjoyable, but not unique enough to warrant the hype. Itās a place worth visiting once, but not necessarily a spot Iād go out of my way to return to.
Overall Experience: Overall, Al-Zahid offers a decent culinary experience, primarily if youāre a fan of chicken lollipops. The ambiance and parking issues might be a deterrent, and the butchery smell in the surroundings can be overwhelming. Whether you enjoy it or not will depend on your personal taste and tolerance for the setting.
In conclusion, Al-Zahid is worth a try, especially if youāre curious about the hype. However, manage your expectations and be prepared for a one-time experience that may not stand out among the many other...

Service was good and place was very neat and clean. Menu was available online scanning QR Code and payment totally in cash as no paytm no phonpe option is available.
