Apni Rasoi — Restaurant in Delhi

I would not recommed as they does not pay heed to customers requiremnts ,i had ordered malai chap and paid by cash..may be due to rush hours the marination of malai chap was not available with the them..So they did jugad and sent the pieces of chaap mixedd in paneer sabzi gravy.The combo was yuck. 1.If they were out of some items and the order payment is pay by cash..they could convey this to customer and easily cancel the order..to avoid the further inconvience to both parties. 2.Instead of this jugad they had sent me the proper paneer sabzi. 3.Refund the money But they didnt any one of them.. Think before you order from apni rasoi so not to regret in future...

this is the worst place I have ever seen very poor service and very arrogant employees you have to wait for half an hour to get menu and then they will serve you like it ok I don't have a ticket how to serve at least. never visit a place like this it's a very very very very very very poor place to visit you have to face insult and the owner of this place is very careless and arrogant so please don't visit this place this is my personal experience that's why I am telling you they don't have manners to...

Just saw ratings 3.8 which is quite exactly what was expected. These guys seems overburdened or may be lack of staff. They make errors like replace the items.

I ordered on few occasions however seems I've now decided not to order anything in future.

At my last order I order maincourse, 2 veg. 3 types of breads but they replaced primary item.

I agree human error happens but there is a lack of control that is required by the restaurant in charge before it move...
