Bakingo — Restaurant in Delhi

We ordered red velvet mini jar which was really good. Liked the red velvet cake jar. Not too sweet a bit of salt. Soft cream. Then the chocolate truffle cake jar was also good. Quite delish and soft. The quantity was quite less. Rs 100 per jar. Then had a paneer puff pastry that was ok. It was around Rs 90/-. These arrived in time. Also, ordered for a chocolate truffle to be delivered to another address through Zomato. The delivery boy seemed a little reluctant. The fruit cake was ok not very good. Was moist. We got a discount coupon of Rs 75 in the cake order. We ordered for a red velvet chocolate mousse cake but that wasn’t good. We have also ordered for a 1kg truffle with yellow rose flowers. The cake was good but doesn’t seem like 1kg Their customer service and support is not good. No one listens to complaints and issues. They don’t provide instant resolution and just keep the customer hanging. After much discussion they provided a 50% compensation for the whole mess they created. Very difficult to get through them. Ordered for puff & croissant which is ok. Truffle pastry was nice. Creams cheese cake was good Ordered a kitkita cake .. it was nice Ordered for a butter scotch cake.. it wasn’t good. We also bought a mango cake...

Absolute Nightmare! Avoid at All Costs! My experience with Bakingo Bakery on Mother's Day was an absolute disaster. I placed an order well in advance, ensuring it would arrive on time to celebrate the special occasion. However, the bakery failed to deliver on their promise. Despite the allotted time slot being up to 9PM, the cake and gifts didn't arrive until a staggering 11PM, ruining the entire celebration. What's worse is the complete disregard for the emotions tied to the occasion. Mother's Day is a time to show appreciation and love, yet Bakingo showed none of it. It's evident they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, taking orders they can't fulfill on time just to make a quick buck. Their incompetence doesn't end there. The delivery boys exhibited the worst manners imaginable. Not only were they late, but their behavior was outright disrespectful. It's clear that Bakingo Bakery lacks professionalism and basic decency. Save yourself the headache and avoid Bakingo Bakery at all costs. There are plenty of other bakeries out there that actually value their customers and understand the significance of timely delivery. Don't make the mistake I did – steer clear of this nightmare...

Worst service ever. Delivered by cale after 11 hrs of ordering did not inform delay.. I tried connecting to them failed and wasted 2 hrs just trying to reach them. Cake delivered didn't have even the basic message written on it which I request and was melted . Worst service ever had to call them so many times still did not respond well. The customer service is worst when you ask them status of your order they say in rude way that we can only check system and report. They said my order was out for delivery since 6:30 pm evening which was delivered at 10:35 pm. The outlet is barely 25min away from my delivery location. Customer care team makes fraud out of you by telling the order is out but reality is no one cares. They have been making fool of customers. The cake delivered was not even upto the mark. They prioritise the order placed by other platforms like Zomato and swiggy. They ruined all the emotions of a celebration. I literally was thrice on waiting que for 30 - 30 mins each time just to listen yeah if we don't deliver tell the amount we will give you that I.
